چکیده
Cratylia argentea is a shrub legume native to tropical regions of South America where it used for animal feed and green manure. In the absence germination guidelines, key aim this study was define most suitable temperature conducting accelerated aging tests. The biochemical attributes seeds were also assessed. Seeds with 10% moisture from 4 different seed lots germinated using between paper method in germinator at temperatures 20, 25, 30 35 °C alternating 20/30 (16 h:8 h), daily counting until stable (seven days without germination). For test, two (41 45 °C) six periods (0, 24, 48, 72, 96 120 h) 10–40 % content used. Carbohydrates (%), ethereal extract crude protein (%) macro micronutrient contents measured. Results showed that C. consist predominantly starch (22.67 %) (26.45 reserves low percentage lipids. recommended, allowing greater speed germination, seedling evaluation 10 20 days. 48 h 41 recommended discriminate terms quality.

Effect of hydropriming on morphological and physiological performance of aged groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) seeds
Low viability and poor vigour due to seed deterioration are major problems for successful agricultural production. In this experiment, the ability of hydropriming to ameliorate seed deterioration damage was studied in groundnut. Groundnut seeds were subjected to accelerated ageing for 96 hours at 40 °C and then hydroprimed at 25 °C for 6, 12 and 18 hours. Regardless of duration, hydropriming si...

متن کاملCharacterization of human placental explants: morphological, biochemical and physiological studies using first and third trimester placenta.
The primary objective of this study was to characterize an in-vitro model of the human placenta using morphological, biochemical and physiological parameters. Placental villi were obtained from normal first trimester and term pregnancies. The villi were incubated with Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium: Ham's F12 nutrient mixture in a shaking water bath at 37 degrees C for up to 310 min. The vi...
متن کاملImproving Effects of Salicylic Acid on Morphological, Physiological and Biochemical Responses of Salt-imposed Winter Jasmine
To investigate the positive effects of salicylic acid (SA) on morphological and biochemical traits of salinity stress-imposed winter jasmine, an experiment was conducted in a research greenhouse. The experiment was conducted using a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design with four levels of salinity stress (2, 4, 6, and 8 dS.m-1) as the first factor and different levels of S...
